The lights are located at West and Morris Streets in Lower Manhattan. The lights will be on for one night on September 11, 2015, beginning at sunset and fading away at dawn on September 12th. The lights are best seen when it is completely dark.rnrnBeginning at 3 pm, on September 11, the 9/11 Memorial plaza will be open to the public for a special viewing of Tribute in Light.
